About Me
Hello! My name is Andrew Vo but my friends call me Andy. I'm originally from Dallas, Texas, and have recently relocated to Madison, Wisconsin.
University was a real journey for me. Originally, I studied Computer Science until I realized that I loved technology because it helps people - not because I was interested in the nitty-gritty.
IT seemed to be the field for me! This was until I noticed that a large portion of IT issues didn't arise from people at all - it was how the programs were designed that caused issues.
This led me into the wonderful world of UX design and research. My work at a local nonprofit gave me the chance to see how much power empathy had in creating designs that impacted real people.
I have recently graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas and I'm looking for opportunities that would give me the chance to empower users by designing with users.
